We've also added tilting functionality to the lever that allows for much smoother shifting and eliminates most of the sloppy feel of the stock unit.  The gated design makes it extremely easy and quick to shift from Low or High to Neutral or Reverse when rock crawling or trail riding without hitting Park.   The kit includes a custom machined Delrin insert that we've cleverly inserted into the console to ensure smooth operation.  We also include a rubber boot to seal the lower portion of the shifter and prevent unwanted heat and dust intrusion. Also, because of the flimsy mounting of the stock center console, we have designed a brace that cleverly attaches to the stock frame and braces the shifter and console to make the gated function that much more precise.  Our shift knob also sits a little lower and back about an inch to clear most accessory switch panels..............
